Mr. Zheng Xingye  learned as a disciple directly from Mr. Liu Haisu, the world famous art master.

He was once a member of the CPPCC Committee and the Standing Committee of the CPPCC of Tai’an City, Shandong Province, Vice president of Shandong National Culture Association and a special adviser and first-class artist of Tongji New Media Art International Center.
